Open Question: Digital camera with contrast/brightness/saturation etc settings in the handset?

Hello, I am a teenager looking for a new camera so not a serious photographer.. Is there a camera which has these sort of settings (similar to those on a webcam) which you can adjust on the go from the handset? And if so, which is the best one to get? Under £100, if possible. Thank you Sorry, I meant on the camera.. As in you can adjust brightness/contrast using settings on the camera..
