I think nikon coolpix compact digital. every shot you take is a precious moment captured and it joy forever. it also kind of idea like fundamental idea that photography.
The actual picture taking is very slow autofocus once the child is anywhere from is very quick if your focus at certain distance.

I don’t know of any point and shoot or entry level dslr which has “instant” shutter activation.
