What are some cheap but good digital cameras?

I’ve been looking at digital cameras. I want one under a $100 and for it to be a good quality. I’ve been looking on ebay and they seem to have some good ones, but I want to know which ones are best.

      Best thing is get a Canon 1100 is point & shoot few penny more & get good pictures, Also look for Canon A590, I have one great pictures at cheap price shipped to your door + no tax + free shipping GO FOR IT
