      I’d recommend Canon SD1100 IS or A590 IS. Both have image stabilization which helps to reduce blur.

      The samsung l210 is fine camera 3x optical zoom 10 megapixels has manual controls and you very good image quality best buy has manual controls and get decent photo will give you can set iso higher than most and you can set iso higher.
      The samsung l210 is fine camera 3x optical zoom 10 megapixels has it for under 125.

      canon a470 excellent camera with a good optical zoom and only £70!
