Where can I take digital photography classes for beginners here in San Francisco?

I’m into digital photography and I would like to learn more. My school has this thing called Competition and I going to compete in digital photography. I would like to improve until then so I have a better chance of placing.
Do you know where I can go to take some classes? Preferably in San Francisco, Daly City, South City, or somewhere near by. :]
